By now you may have heard about some children getting sick from biting into laundry detergent packets or from the packets getting into kids' eyes or on their skin.  Consumer Reports has issued a Safety Alert about the products.  Click here to view that alert. 

While a new latch lid designed to keep kids out of the containers is making its debut, it's still a good idea to keep all cleaning products up high and out of children's reach and to talk to them about the dangers of tasting or trying anything without an adult's knowledge.
