Public Education Materials
Order Education Materials by Phone
We offer a variety of materials including brochures, magnets, phone stickers, and coloring books. We charge a mimimal fee for these materials, covering only printing and mailing costs. All of our materials can be viewed through our online store.
Orders must be placed by phone. The Carolinas Poison Center will send an invoice containing the total cost of materials, sales tax, and the address to which a check can be mailed.
Faxed Orders
The Carolinas Poison Center no longer accepts orders by facsimile (fax). Please call 1-800-222-1222 to place your order.

Request a Free Poison Prevention Pack
The Carolinas Poison Center will send a free poison prevention pack to any individual upon request. We offer Parent Packs, Babysitter Packs, and Senior Adult Packs. For more information about the contents of these packs, click on the highlighted names.
