Privacy and Confidentiality Statement
The Carolinas Poison Center (CPC) is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share personally identifiable information with outside organizations, with the exception of those organizations accrediting the program and granting course credit. Upon registration, the CPC requires data such as first and last name, organization name, address, profession, and e-mail address.
This data is linked to the program evaluation and course credit information stored in your personal account in the Continuing Medical Education (CME) database. CPC support staff may utilize aggregate data for assessing the program’s effectiveness and the educational needs of the participants and may contact individuals that have indicated in their registration profile that they would like to receive updates concerning recent additions to the program.
